Party Time

Time To Dismiss Politicians.

OR and Mrs OR are party hosts this lunchtime.Plan is to shake off the horror depicted above, of our ruling classes. Clowns they are but fearful not funny. As many struggle with the legacy of bought elections, encouraged personal debt and the constant hammer blows of State, corporate and interfering agencies' propaganda onslaughts, we decided to try and give some small cheer to neighbours and friends.

I suppose, as ever in the modern world, some talk will dwell on "What the f++k happened to our lovely Country" but hopefully minimal. This 17C cottage tells more stories than we could ever imagine. Doubtless over centuries, tightly knit families sheltered here, more or less immune from the outside world. A significant reason for our and many thousands of others, reason, for leaving the overcrowded, dirty and dreadful urban conurbations.

So, we'll raise a glass to the world and wish anyone passing by my little blog a great weekend before Christmas. Despite all the stupidity around us, all we can do is be as true to ourselves as we can. Think of and do well by others. Shouldn't be so difficult, should it? More Christmas stuff tomorrow!

I'm sure your day was a success OR. My hostess duties will be New Year's Day and currently I'm the drudge for the next few days. :)

Have an enjoyable time both of you.

Dear VR, all that you say is true but is not enjoying Christmas a two fingered gesture to the political, moronic State?
