Now you have a neighbour that has slagged you off for months to your locality and friends. You win the lottery millions (election) and they are on your doorstep with a cheap gift.
Would YOU turn your back on them? Or politely show your feelings in some other way?

Update is that this picture of "Sunshine" was not wasted. Brown really did fall at Obama's feet!
